Anyway, read the whole thing, it's complicated, but basically the company is sitting there rotting, interim directors, non-voting rights, etc, etc.
A very good friend of mine declared bankruptcy and the worst people to deal with were: Electric company, magazine companies (Muscle and Fitness were evil to him), car finance company, lawn service (!!), and the phone company. In none of that did he get help from the court.
